You might feel the pull, the grind of modern life wearing at you. Don’t ignore it. I’m fascinated by human health and potential, and particularly love studying about women’s reproductive and sexual health, pregnancy, birth and post-partum. Drawing on ancient and emergent science, I love exploring the science of connectivity & rhythm and how it impacts our health and communities.

I am not taking new clients at this time. If you are local to the East Bay of Rhode Island/South Coast region, I’m teaching one public class weekly at Ageless Wellness Medicine, Wednesdays 6:15-7:30pm.
